Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. Jayk and Steez talk about their five favorite Christmas films. Their lists have no overlap, and there's no surprise there. They have very different tastes and that's great! Everyone in the world is a unique creature. Also, Jayk is looking into ways to human centipede herself to Steez. Is it an A2M situation? The Winner Takes All

Jayk and Steez are the most competitive people on Earth. You think that's incorrect, do ya? Wanna step up and prove that you are more competitive? Come on, then! 

Also, Steez is drunk as he is writing this. 

This week Jayk and Steez talk about competition and the will to win. They don't really have it, but as observers, they speak academically about it.

Self Helpers

Although Jayk and Steez aren't shining beacons of how to best apply self-care, they weigh in on the topic. Jayk says that she likes to engage in therapy and high-risk behaviors. Steez is more proactive by manually applying self-care on a nearly daily basis. Splurging is involved for both of them. 

How do you take care of yourself? However you do it, make sure you liberally apply mental and physical self care before, during, and after listening to this week's pod.

Regular Episode

Post-Thanksgiving, and we are BLOATED. Jayk and Steez talk about all sorts of stuff and none of it makes any sense. Hopefully you glean some entertainment from this nonsense, as the show is all over the place this week. Fiber is incoming. 

But, there is some talk about Doppelgangers/secret twins/multiverses. That's pretty deep stuff man. 

AMA-zing!

It's another award season, so Jayk and Steez are on the case. This week, it's the AMAs, which are, for those who don't know, the American Metalworking Awards! Jayk watched the ceremony and reported back on the big winners and losers for the night. Steez was confused because she actually watched an award show that had something to do with the music industry. 

Anyway, aside from that, they talk about concerts. Drop acid and let's mosh!

Would You Rather?

Tales tell of a long time ago from whence a party game was popular. This party game derived from a question that players would ask themselves and between each other. This question, so nebulous, yet so precise in its quandary, has been asked for pleasure and profit and, some say, has been used to predict every significant event in the last 2000 years. 

This question, the legend goes, could determine how you die.

Book Club

Today on the Jayk and Steez podcast... More reading, but now with one more person! That's right, Jayk was so into Steez's interpretation of Harlequin Presents: Pregnant After One Forbidden Night, that she begged to get in on the action. Listen as they both have difficulties reading the sexy words.

Awkward

Have you ever been hanging out with a couple while they were having a fight? Yeah, us either, but people have said that it's awkward. How about when someone is standing within six feet of you in line for anything now? And they aren't wearing a mask. Uh, cmon man awkward, like are you even vaccinated?
